Vanilla strawberry ice cream bomb |
10 packets of cake roll , half vanilla and half strawberry flavor
750 ml of vanilla ice cream, thawed
1 liter of strawberry ice cream, thawed
2 tbsp of strawberry jam
4 tbsp of seedless raspberry conserve
2 packets of graham cracker
How to make it:
Prepare a glass salad bowl and line it with kling film , in a way to keep a large piece of it hanging over the bowl.
Cut the cake roll in half an inch thick slices. Start placing them in the bottom of the bowl and on the sides. Fill the gaps by cutting some cake rolls in halves. Put the strawberry jam in dollops , then put the vanilla ice cream over.
Layer the graham cracker over the ice cream, a few dollops of the jam on the biscuits and on the sides, then pour over the straw berry ice cream. Cover with cake roll . Try to cover all holes. Press down on the bomb gently.
Close with kling film. Keep the whole bowl in freezer for 2 hours.
To unmold it, put some hot water on a tea towel and put the towel around the salad bowl for a couple of minutes. it will unmold easily.
For the raspberry sauce, just add 1 tbsp of water on the conserve to liquidize it slightly, then pour it over the bomb .
