Ice cream bomb strawberry and vanilla

Vanilla strawberry ice cream bomb
Ingredients:
10 packets of cake roll , half vanilla and half strawberry flavor
750 ml of vanilla ice cream, thawed
1 liter of strawberry ice cream, thawed
2 tbsp of strawberry jam
4 tbsp of seedless raspberry conserve
2 packets of graham cracker

How to make it: 
Prepare a  glass salad bowl and line it with kling film , in a way to keep a large piece of it hanging over the bowl.
Cut the cake roll in half an inch thick slices. Start placing them in the bottom of the bowl and on the sides. Fill the gaps by cutting some cake rolls in halves. Put the strawberry jam in dollops , then put the vanilla ice cream over.
Layer the  graham cracker over the ice cream, a few dollops of the jam on the biscuits and on the sides, then pour over the straw berry ice cream. Cover with cake roll . Try to cover all holes. Press down on the bomb gently.
Close with kling film. Keep the whole bowl in freezer for 2 hours.
To unmold it, put some hot water on a tea towel and put the towel around the salad bowl for a couple of minutes. it will unmold easily.
For the raspberry sauce, just add 1 tbsp of water on the conserve to liquidize it slightly, then pour it over the bomb .

Amazing juicy beef burger

Amazing juicy Beef Burger 
Ingredients:
600 gr of steak beef mince
half a cup of bread crumbs( use the Italian style  Romano cheese mix)
1 egg
2 tsp salt
1 tsp  black pepper
2 tsp burger spices( if you don't have this you can make your own! just mix some white pepper, coriander powder, nutmeg powder, cumin powder,cinnamon, onion powder, in even quantities, and use 2 tsp for this recipe).
1 small onion diced ( optional)
1 tbsp ketchup

2 onions cut in rings and mushrooms for grilling
tomatoes slices
pickles.
7 burger buns
for the coleslaw: 
 300 gr white cabbage
3 medium carrots shredded
1 small onion diced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper
Celeri salt ( optional but it gives a nicer taste to your slaw!)

how to make it : 

mix the beef  mince with egg, breadcrumbs and all the other ingredients . make about 6 to  7 patties , place them on a parchment paper and place in fridge while preparing the rest of stuff.
for the coleslaw : cut the cabbage thinly and place in ice water for 30 minutes . shred the carrots. cut the onion, mix all with mayo, salt and pepper, and sour cream. set aside.
cut tomatoes and pickles. cut the onion rings, and mushrooms and grill over the heated pan with a little of olive oil until brown. set aside.
in the same pan, add a spoon of olive oil and grill the meat. till it is well done .
start by putting your burgers together, by adding the sauces you like, such as ketchup, mayo and mustard mix, or chipotle mayo mix for a spicy quick .
i added the coleslaw inside the burgers too!
as well as on the side as extra :)

Exotic fruits charlotte ( Triffle)

Ingredients:
2 packs of lady's finger biscuits (langues de chat)
400 ml of whipping cream
1 tsp banana essence
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 large can of exotic fruit salad
1 fresh mango
3 can of canned cream such as nestle, honey flavor

To make it:
prepare a medium size Pyrex , glass dish.
drain the fruits from the can and reserve the juice. start by placing biscuits in the dish one next to each other. break in half some of them to fill the space if need be. Soak the biscuits with juice enough to make them tender. spread 3/4 of the whipped cream evenly over the biscuits. put half of the fruits over the cream. make another layer of the biscuits and soak with juice again. spread 1/4 remaining of the cream, put the rest of the fruits over the biscuits , add a few pieces of mango and leave the rest for decoration, then empty 3 cans of cream, and spread them over the whole dish.
decorate with remaining mango pieces and pistachio if you wish.
refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
this will be enough to 6-8  people .

BEST crispy fried calamari ever!

ingredients:
500gr fresh squid cut into rings or pieces
300gr panko ( Japanese bread crumbs)
 2 tsp dried herbs such as thyme, rosemary
1 tsp lemon pepper powder mix
1 tsp salt
3 eggs for the coating
200gr all purpose flour

wash the squids and cut them into the preferred shape and size, add 1 tsp salt.
 Add herbs mix to panko. Add the remaining salt and pepper to flour. whisk slightly the eggs.
start coating the squids with flour, then eggs then panko. place on a plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
when all ready, fry them in frying oil on medium high heat until golden color.
place on paper towel to absorb excess of oil.

for the dipping sauce, mix together 2 TBS of mayo, ketchup and 1 TBS of mustard ( any type , French, Dijon or wholegrain ).
